It seems insufficient to just say thank you because there are of course zillions of causes all over our home countries and all over the world that you could have contributed that money to. But you were generous enough to join us in trying to make a difference in the lives of visually impaired girls in Egypt who otherwise have very little chance for education and fulfillment.
All we can say is that we truly and honestly appreciate you opening your heart to these disadvantaged but determined young Egyptian women. Later this year, we’ll be pooling together all donations that we manage to raise and personally delivering them all to the school in Cairo. We’ll be sure to capture video of our journey there and the in-person combined donation so that we can share the moment with you too.
